hes from iraq and im his fiancee from phils he wants to come here in phils to marry me here, we are already engage for one year and plan to get marry here thats why he wants to apply entry visa to come here in phils.

I can see nobody else wants to answer. I feel for the guy. He´s in love with you, but he can´t even leave the country he is being holed up in. I would assume he should carry all the documents he has and wish yourself the best of luck. It very well possibly might never happen. Good luck. Love and Respect.
