I myself, knowing what I know, would feel better if my American loving neighbor and I were trained to protect home and Country!
And YES there are foreigners who are still part of their home countries military that own stores here and travel back and forth!

1- I would like to believe, that if you could wake ppl up to the threat we face; that we would not need a draft. We would gladly fight! However, I don't think you can wake them up. I sure appreciate the enthusiasm -myself. And I suspect the reason they have not attacked us yet, is because it might wake us up some more. They got what they want for now.
2-It took the Jews from around 1100ad to 1948 to take back there land that they think God gave them (i,ll explain later) for now understand that the Muslims have learned how to do the same.
Start by building up the population until it reaches a point of maximum strength then attack! So your gas station etc.. etc.. is not far fetched at all. Remember the Romans they took there eye of the ball. Patience is the key!
3- Bin laden woke us up a little. had they waited until a passive president took office they could have done alot more damage. If we nominalize the threat... were dead.! I would rather over- react that not act at all.
4-The smile on there face- I know what you mean. We talk to the enemy like a friend and they smile at us like were stupid. And we are- for not recognizing there true intentions. I would guess 70% of Americans are in denial of the real threat we face.
5-Zionism- I believe in Jesus as the son of God. However, the Jews have misrepresented God and I know why and I do not blame them -**** happens- Christians are not doing much better, again; I know why and I do not Judge them harshly. The Muslims may have some legitimate complaints there methods and motivations are way out of bounds and I am reaching the point- that for example: If I see a bee nest and the only way to protect my daughter is destroy the nest i would.

Wow. You have managed to catch in one ranting why the rest of the world hate Americans. So, you want to stop people who have moved to America from visiting home? And what about the immigrants that move to America and become doctors - should they be limited in travel too or is it just the working poor you have a problem with?

I am not. You seem over wrought and have a prejudice against convenience store workers and gas station attendants. They are not going to take over Your country, rest easy in this, and the drafting of children into the forces isn't a solution to the problem inside Your mind. I do not like the draft. Its supposed to be a FREE country. That means if people want to join the Army, fine. It should also be their choice NOT to. And then there is the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, which states that there shall be "no involuntary servitude" in the United States. Pretty clear, isn't it? I hope the draft board members who sent all those 58,000 Americans to their needless, meaningless, tragic deaths in Vietnam are burning in the hottest pit of hell forever.

it must be a really sad life you lead, to be so paranoid and scared all the time. Have you ever taken the time to think about what you have just written, in one sense I agree with you that Freedom isnt Free, however forcing people by the draft into defending that freedom in actual fact removes the freedom of choice from the person, freedom means just that people have to chose their own way to defend this.

Freedom isn't free means we have to live in danger to have freedom, it means that we might just get attacked by terrorists once in a while, it means that we might not have enough people volunteering for the armed services (especially when they know they'll have to fight a war they don't support) freedom means we pay the price, and that price is danger. If you want to be an advocate of freedom, don't suggest that forcing people to do what they don't want to do is an option.

I learned all those things as part of my search and rescue training, thanks. And I agree that the average United States citizen needs those skills just as part of their regular education.
But I'm not quite so paranoid that I see enemies behind every gas pump and 7-11 lottery machine.
