I just started an in-home daycare. I have been writing down info for the parents such as: how many diapers changed, wet or dirty, meals eaten, incidents....stuff like that. Does anyone know where I can get a good form for free so I dont gotta write it all down!

All you have to do is go to your local office store and have them make you one up. Or try any place that offers printing.

Please make sure you document everything and watch over the children. Im going through so much now with the current daycare.
