Secret Asian Man, as a White Anglo Saxon Protestant Christian, I've seen some very good "black" churches, and other races. But I don't think God designed the churches to be separated by color. Unfortunately, people don't always feel comfortable attending a church where they are the only person of a certain skin color. So, it's not a case of theology, but rather comfort.

I think that every community provides certain "flavor" to their church; for example Mexican catholics have a profound respect to the figure of the mother thus they revere more the Virgin Mary, but the theology and the faith is the same in Mexico, the States, China or South Africa. So everyone is as sound as the "white churches"

Where's the data supporting that white churches are theologically sound and should be considered models for other churches?

What exactly would make a "white church", as you put it, "theologically sound", and a church comprised of members of another race NOT "theologically sound"...?

basically yes. They all bring their own cultural flairs but, yes, I think so. Pope John Paul II celebrated these differences when he was in Mexico for St. Juan Diego's cannonization. It is really quite a beautiful thing when seen in the right light.

of course, in fact maybe more so. Always remember that Christ redeemed all Christians...not just white people. In fact, Jesus himself would have had very dark skin.
