It means that God is his life. That he chooses to be "high on God" which is the same thing as "high on life". It's just another way to say I'm addicted to God or I love God. Like a drug, God is addicting. Hope that helps!!

the love God gives is very strong and it can make u feel euphoric. its an amazing love. u just have to feel it to experience it. its also different for every 1.
