I have done a survey on the online dating sites. I looked through hundreds of profiles, women, and at least 3 out of 5 women have very strict requirements of the man they want to meet. At the top of the list is the income level. These women are looking for a date ! A man shouldn't be classified unworthy to date just because his income level doesn't reach the six figure mark that most women set as a minimum. So if your picky you are normal ! LOL !!

Being too picky can most certainly be annoying. I'm very picky about EVERYTHING. It gets on my nerves a lot. I think you would know if you're becoming less picky by noticing that you're not stressing over little things and worrying about specifics, but it does take time and motivation. I have OCD, so for me, the smallest things get on my nerves if they're not perfect.

I host dating events and in the 3 years I've been doing this, I have had some observations about this subject. Women tend to be incredibly picky. So much so that they are unobjective. They look at someone and decide their fate. I know this is human nature, but I've been surprised by people after I give them a few minutes to get to know them. Haven't you? It's investing a bit of time, but probably worth it. So, my advice is to have your criteria, but divide it into stoppers and maybes so you do have some flexibility. For instance, smokers for me are OUT. I could not tolerate that. I hope this helps.

Yes there is such a thing. If you are talking about people so what you are just watching out for your values and goals in life. If however you are talking about things like, my socks and underwear have to be folded a certain way and placed in the drawer a certain way and your shirts have to hung up in a certain way, I would say yes you are picky. Take care Heather

I don't think there is anything wrong with being discriminating. We make choices every day, some are more conservative than others. Who's to say you are "picky"?
It's a matter of maturity.

You are not picky! You don't want to be disappointed again! Then you are trying the "safe mode". By avoiding "harming your self" you avoid life. You will be sad again! Be more daring and start asking questions about intentions.

People say I am too picky. I think they are crazy. There is nothing wrong with knowing what you want, and not lowering your expectations and standards.

you will get particularly lots any woman you like. To me, which ability there are various women who do no longer meet your "preliminary charm" standards, that should nevertheless be satisfied to be with you. Why no longer provide them a shot? i'm no longer saying you're able to solely date women you do no longer incredibly locate appealing, yet do exactly no longer require it. in case you do no longer locate what you're in seek of, then you definately in all probability are being too choosy in the "deeper" and "long term" categories. i visit declare this: only considering the fact which you're much less choosy does no longer mean they are going to be to boot.
