I'll take a whack at this, Nakeshwar is a type of cinnamon from that region and Maharashtra is also a region, anytime masala is mentioned in a recipe it is a blend of about 11 spices ground to make masala much like the spices of Colonel Sanders Chicken or Chinese 5 Spice. Basically all of what your asking is the same thing just in different proportions
