Milk is not used to make chocolate.
Mik chocolate is a mixture of milk and chocolate.

Dark chocolate usually does not. However, white chocolate, milk chocolate and hot chocolate almost always do. If you happen to be vegan, health food stores offer a variety of chocolate bars with out real milk in them.

by itself, no. It's just a bean. mix it into candy and you probably have milk somewhere in it.
