U just need to know exactly that do u still want him or not and if u are sure about that u will do it easily ,every thing start from the mind and u will just forget about the feelings cos there is nothing that can help u to be with the guy even if you love him he chose someone else and u are also lucky cos u also have someone in your life just focus on him and forget about everything that has happened in the past.
If it happens u think about him just focus on the bad side that he has showed u when u were still together and I'm sure u will end up hating him ( from experience). And don't waste your time on him cos u will end up loosing focus on your lover ending up loosing every thing for something stupid.

There isn't really a way to break free from a love that is strong enough to have lasted so long. That love now needs to be directed in the direction where it's just more like Friendship Love and you love him for who he is and nothing more than that and not the sexual attraction or relationship/dating love. Hope that somewhat helps..Good Luck..xD

That's a really hard thing to do since you love him. But what u can try not to talk to him and try to ignore his calls. Or start trying slowly to tell him that u don't want to do this anymore, and that he has 2 understand that u want to make ur own life with someone that will actually be there for u.

I know how terribly hard this is.
I just wonder why --
If both of you loved each other, WHY... marry someone else?
WHY get engaged to someone else?
Are both of you playing with each other and yourselves such that you marry someone else because you CANNOt take the intensity of your own relationships?
Are you trying to escape from each other?
You're being unfair to the people you enagaed/married because you are placing them second on the shelf.
Is he too scared to be with you/ vice versa?
Btw the way you phrased it, you're only together for sexual gratification.

When you solve that one, let's do Chinese Arithmetic. It was suggested to me to stop calling and stop answering his calls.
