im thinking of prescribing them at breakfast in the dining hall in the boarding school i run. to replace corn flakes which fall much cheaper for me

Any whole grains are healthier on average than more processed grains.

The whole grains have more fibre, vitamins and minerals.

What does it matter when the kids do things like drink coca cola from the vending machine?
There are bigger problems to worry about than the difference between oat loops and cheerios.

They generally contain less sugars and more fiber. but do check that they do, since some brands are no better..

also, they taste bad, think before you do it to your students :(
