Hey. I am 13 and my height is 4'11. I really want to loose 10lbs within about 1-2 weeks. I weigh 125lbs and I feel I am too overweight. I don't want to go on a diet or take pills or anything like that. I need to know what foods to eat, and what type of exercises to do(how long to work out each day), what foods to eat/drink, and if you know any yoga stretches that would help too. Thanks!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

You're not too much over weight. Drink more water; preferably drink it before you eat. Introduce more greens into your diet. Try and eat fruit first before other foods. A smoothie in the morning can work wonders. Try and introduce more raw vegetables into your weekly menu. Do some research on food and play with different types to see what you like.

Only drink water. You will be suprised how many calories per day are wasted on sodas, tea, and coffee. Eat salads with low fat or fat free dresssing, fruits, vegetable soup, things that are low in calories...that way you can eat the same amount but with alot less calories and fat!
