I am mother and I would hate the fact that my man is not taking care of his own kids but help support mine, that is absolutely crazy. THis man that owes not only me child support but owes another woman, over $ 42,000.00 that he owes. Do you want to know what hes gotten out of it. Last yr,or so,he spent 6 mos. in prison. My son is 14. This is his 1st born and only son....WHAT A MAN!!!!!! We just found out he moved to Harrisburg??????? He may be moving to Florida,so now what...will the other mother and I ever see any money? I doubt it very much. This man has never filed taxes, so where is the irs in this matter. He just moved from MCarthur,Oh, a few miles from his own son,and for another woman and her kids. His name is JOSHUA HAMMONS>>2 kids of his own,a son who should be his namesake, but since he isnt worthy enough his son will never carry on his name. To any one reading this,if you know him let him know his son does not want anyting to do with him.

dont listen to that person above comments, they have no clue what you are going through.... but some of us out here do. so i gave her a thumbs down for such a doopid comment he/she posted.

well the honor system doesnt work, thats been proven. the state and federal government are TIRED of parents not paying for their kids.

stop upsetting yourself... put some heat on the case.

so, seems to me, you need to pull rank and sit down and write a letter.

in it, give your contact info, case number, his info, this info you have here, and the problem. ask them what they are doing about it. tell them you respectfully request the state and federal child support laws be enforced.

then take that ONE letter and FAX it to:
1) both states Attorney General (link is below)
2) both states Governors (link is below)
3) both states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office (link is below)

remember, that ONE letter to ALL of them.

phone calls are useless; they are ignored, denied, forgotten. mail ends up in someones "to do" pile. but FAXS are effective. its proof you sent it and proof they recieved it. therefor, they HAVE to address it. if you dont hear anything in a week, fax it AGAIN. fax it weekly if need be. the squeaky wheel gets the oil, if ya know what i mean.

most websites (for reps, agencies, offices) have their fax numbers listed. if you cant find it, just call and ask for it.

Any person, male or female, could make up any excuse they want to in order to run away from responsibility. It doesn't necessarily mean it's okay to do so. My mother grew up in orphanages and foster homes because neither parent wanted to accept the responsibility. Also, I was raised by a single parent because my dad decided he didn't want kids after he already had them. Personally, if I end up having a child, I must prepare myself to be a single parent because having a mate that stays with you is never a guarantee. One way to never get into this situation is to keep yourself protected. This goes for both genders. But even smart human's can make really poor decisions when sex is involved and accidental pregnancies will continue as a result. Still, nobody has a valid excuse to get away from their responsibility once a child is born. Edit: If abortion remains legal and it is the woman's choice alone: If a female becomes preganant and the male asks her to get an abortion, but she goes against his wishes and has the baby anyway, she should be prepared to be 100% responsible for that child (financial and otherwise). If abortion becomes illegal and/or a man is given the right to force a woman to go through a pregnancy, the opposite should occur. He should be prepared to be 100% responsible for the child (financial and otherwise). I'm not an expert on family law, but I think that the male can be legally made to pay the woman even if she has the baby against his knowledge or advice of abortion. Yes, in this case it seems the law is biased in the woman's favor.

I don't know him, but here are ways to try and track this man down.

I've heard a lot about a site called 'Support Kids'. It helps the mother to get what rightfully belongs to her and her children. The link is in source.

Sorry, and hope this helped!

you can give me thumbs down, I do not care!!!!!

This is dysfunctional parenting.

Children should be raised to be functional human beings in this messed up world we all ready live in. they should not be burdened with animosity or hatred from either parent.
he should be loved and cherished by both parents.

yes the deadbeat father should be paying child support, and be involved with his child. he is not. "Dysfunctional".

You as custodial parent, must be the teacher, you are the role model. Teach him Love and Respect.

Venting is good, but hopefully your child does not have to witness it. I am assuming he has since he wants nothing to do with his father, ever, and encouraging this is "Dysfunctional".

Children should have the right to know both parents, whether now or later in their life.
