The justice department lied, and they admitted they lied, they need to be investigated and their are some congressmen that are going to do just that. Ramos and Compean should not even be in prison, they had every right to shoot a drug smuggler and every son of a b*tch that comes over the border with drugs. They were not out to shoot (some) Mexicans, they shot an illegal Mexican that had no business smuggling drugs. It seems you would rather see Mexican Americans in prison, than the illegals that are breaking the law. What a turn coat.

My reply turned right into a replica of a 4 web page letter that senator Orrin Hatch had recieved from Sutton explaining how all the publics concerns were a fantasy. A letter finished of deceit so a recommendations as Im in touch,i ask your self how a lot he makes off the drug deals? i wish Sutton receives what he advantages,i wish they placed him in penal complicated and the mexicans beat the residing hell out of him.

I don't think they "set out" to shoot Mexicans, because at that time of the year they were out of season, but anyway, the agents got caught up in a situation and they made bad choices. I do agree they should have received some form of administrative punishment, but not criminal. People can assume anything they want, but they will never truly "know" what all took place, and now there are several other agents that are tied to theses officers, and one already quit and two are fighting for their jobs. A lot more to this story than the public was allowed to know..????

Where have you been? Didn't you know that Skinner not only admitted that when Justice Department staff said that, it wasn't true, he also admitted that when Justice department staff said they knew the drug smuggler was unarmed, that was false, as well? It is one of the reasons DEMOCRATS like Diane Feinstein are calling for a Judiciary Committee investigation.

Unfortunately, it will probably take forever, but unless Bush gives a pardon to deflect interest, I think we truly will find out what is going on, and I think that is excellent.

Not necessarily free them, but at least put them in a more protected environment, and possibly reduce their sentence based on all the information that has come to light on other circumstances surrounding the prosecutor, the judge, the Mexican government, and our government's involvement in hiding all the facts they did.

1st off, the DOJ LIED when they said they were "out to shoot Mexicans." They NEVER said that.
