ok i have a great life, popular, a lot of friends, cool with everyone, pretty etc (no braggin) n e wayz i dont think im pretty but then agin all the guys at my skool think i do SERIOUSLY so, why dont i think i am? even girls @ my skool tell me litterly that they wish they could be me cuz everyone including other girls likes me, and that they are jelous of me, so why dont i think im pretty?

I am sorry that you feel this way. However, it is not uncommon for girls today to be insecure about the way they look. I know that sometimes..regardless of how many people tell you how pretty you are and how they want to be like you..they do not know what it is like to be you. You may have alot going on in your life that others around can not see. You may be facing troubles..and others only see you smile so they are not aware of the issues that you have. You must be confident and satisfied within. It does not matter what everyone else thinks about you if all you see is something you wish you could change. I wish you the best!

It's very common for young adults, both girls and guys, to be self conscious about their looks. You're not alone in this at all. It's also somewhat natural for people who are not ego-centric or narcissistic to not go on and on about how pretty they are. This trait is called modesty, and it's nothing to be ashamed of.
What you do have to watch out for is constantly telling people that you're not pretty. When people tell you you're pretty, does it make you feel good? Do you accept it? Does it make you smile when guys tell you you're pretty? If so, these are all good things.
On the other hand, if you constantly think they are lying, or really can't understand why they find you attractive, you might want to talk to a counselor about it. It could just be a phase, a normal part of growing up, but it could also be a precursor to a larger self-esteem issue that bothers you for years to come.
But don't worry! Be happy! If people find you pretty then I'm sure you are!

Well... being happy comes from more than just being pretty and popular. Maybe you are feeling an emptiness inside, maybe you should try to find ways that make you happy. If you only focus on making yourself popular you may find that you are not fullfilled and your hapiness is not true hapiness. Maybe get involved more in other school activites or volunteering in your community. Good luck finding your smiles within.

You see, some people are never satisfied with what they have or who they are untill something happens to them. I hope you don't want to win an award or an oscar for being silly before you know how lucky you are. If you are feeling confused and down admist your popularity and everthing then something is wrong with you and that is you don't love yourself and the worst of all is that you are not loving or doing things for others either. Learn how to love yourself and serve others.That's the remedy for your situation
