All it is doing is changing the theme of XP. Same as you would change your themes by installing StyleXP or WindowBlinds.

It's a theme pack for XP, nothing more. You do not get any of the features of Vista like the new security, Aero or anything like that. You are just making XP look similar to Vista but not making it Vista.

It would be like putting a Ferrari body on a VW Bug. Just because the outside looks like a bad *** sports car, doesn't change the fact that inside it's still a VW Bug.
