go the the gym 4 times a week and start with 30 minutes of workouts and increase it by 10 minutes in a month time intill your at the gym for a hour

It has been proven that something becomes a habit after 21 days. So stick with it 2-3 days a week for 3 weeks.

start 3 to 4 days a week. Give yourself a month...30 days and the habit is yours. That is 12 simple workouts. You are worth it.

Go every other day or 2 days so u will not get burned out and sore.
its a routine as soon as u start doing it.

Yeah, don't go every day. Work on different things every day. Like lower body one day and upper the next. I don't belong to a gym but work out at home. It works for me.

i would try to go every day or every other day. then you should get use to it.
