A Paczki is a traditional Polish doughnut, pretty much the equivalent to a jelly filled doughnut. They are made for Fat Tuesday to get rid of all the excess lard, sugar and fruit in the house for Lent. You'll know a real one when you see it - it weighs as much as a brick! I had a raspberry one and it was soooo tasty!

they are filled polish doughnuts and they are really good..i have had them with chocolate, lemon and strawberry..haven't had them today but had some last week
