A Paczki is a traditional Polish doughnut, pretty much the equivalent to a jelly filled doughnut. They are made for Fat Tuesday to get rid of all the excess lard, sugar and fruit in the house for Lent. You'll know a real one when you see it - it weighs as much as a brick! I had a raspberry one and it was soooo tasty!
