What colour babies you get depends on, the colour of the parents and what dominate genes they have. Pearl is a sex linked colour(female) which is why you are getting pearl and cinnamon pearl females. Normal grey colouring is very dominant because it is the natural colour of cockatiels all other colours are mutations. It's very difficult to predict what colour you will get when breeding. Never breed related birds, you need to keep records and only pair off unrelated birds. Keeping records will then allow you know what colour you are likely to get from any breeding pair.
