Ok hon listen to me, if you want to loose weight here is a very safe way to do that and you will not be hungry. Cut out all starches, no bread, rice, potatoes, corn, etc... none! or limit it to at the very most 2 starches a day or two pieces of bread, begels are double the bread. Double up on your veggies and have a normal portion of meat. If you do this and cut out all the starches you will loose weight no problem. I used to be 330 lbs and now I am down to 145 lbs, was a size 46 and now I am a size 14!!!! Its the truth, cut out starches and eating between meals and drink a lot of water because this will flush out your system. Trust me it works and you will not be hungry, eat as much veggies as you want until you are full. As for a routine, just eat normally and at your regular times breakfast, lunch and supper as long or as you are hungry make sure you don't eat any starch. Take care Heather

First, go buy the book "Body For Life". If the before and after pictures don't encourage you, then nothing will. Follow the 12 week plan, don't cheat, and by the end of it you will have lost weight, gained muscle, and changed the way you live, eat, and play.
The basic program is:
3 days a week do a high energy 20 minute cardio workout (don't eat for at least an hour after the work out). It needs to be more than just walking: running, biking, swimming...as long as you get your heart rate up. You can start walking ing, but when that becomes too easy, go to the next level, walk faster, to a little jog, the next thing you know you will be running a 5K.
The other 3 days a week between the cardio workout, do weight training alternating between upper body and lower body. You want to build muscle because muscle burns fat.
Follow the eating schedule and don't eat garbage. Protein is your friend!
One day a week (Saturday worked for me) is a free day, do what you want, eat what you want. By the end of the program, getting to the free day is not that a big of a deal any more.

I can relate to what you are saying. I'm the same age and almost the same height and weight as you. I being workout as much as i can. But I work, have a two year old, and go to college. Keeping a routine is hard to do. But if you really want the weight loss success, you must stick with a routine. Your routine can be about 3 or 4 days a week. To help you pick a routine, search the web for different types of excrises. Make sure that it want put harm to your health. I hope this helps. (I have stuck with my routine for about a month and lose close to 5lbs. It don't seem much but it really is, for me.)

First thing you have to understand it didnt take over night for you to gain that wieght and it isnt going to be lost over night..the best excercise there is is walking..walk for 20 to 30 minutes a day will help you begin your weight loss.
Its simple and you wont hurt anything. dont stop eatting what you like..or your body will get nasty with you and make you binge..cut down...eat smaller portians several times a day..rather then a huge portion 3 times a day also cut eatting off at 8pm...and dont give up!
