I have done this so many times. Measure into a mixing bowl about
2 cups of raisin bran cereal, or anything else if you don't have this. Add 1/4 cup of canola (or any oil you have) 3 eggs, a cup of
sugar, or splenda is better. Add 1 tbs of baking powder, 1 tbs of
vanilla, mix this all together, it will be moist. Add flour till you have
the right consistory. Some cannot eat nuts, but if you can safely
add nuts it makes it even more delicious. Be adventurous and add whatever you think would improve the taste. I also add a forth
cup of sorghum molasses if I have it.

I wouldn't use the bananas I would just do some cupcakes.Wrap them with saran wrap and put a ribbon bow on top to get peoples attention. You could also do up some lemonade to sell for the people to drink.Good luck.
