What are some good exercise techniques that can help you flatten your belly and tighten your legs and arms.

Belly--Crunches
Arms--- Lift weights
Legs--- Squats
***And make sure to eat healthy too, exercising alone won't really do anything****

Here are some suggestions I was given to help with abs along with good exercise. Use good posture sit up straight with your abs pulled tight you can do the same when you walk. It may sound easy but if you aren't paying attention to what you are doing you will go back to slouching. I also will sit on the edge of my chair with good posture and rock front to back during commercials.

calisthenics,aerobics,yoga. Lots of people will do some major work to reduce the size of their body. Some work out routines turn that body weight into muscles (weight isn't lost) while others reduce the body weight. Rule, if you want body mass, work out heavy with less repetitions. If you want tone, work with less weight and do lots of repetitions. I've seen lots of people try to get rid of a big stomach and end up turning it to muscle and never reducing the size. Talk to a fitness trainer at a gym, it might be worth a few bucks to accomplish your goals

a set of weights, do them on arms and ankles
do situps every other day
