When the Kodak camera is connected to my computer using the camera dock, why aren't my pictures transferred to the computer?
I have installed it but it says "There was a problem. An error occurred during installation of the device. A service installation section in this INF is invalid"

was there a disk to download
it probably had the driver on it

same happened to me i just removed the hardware and re-installed it then i left the camera connected to the pc for 30mins and it worked
