theres this guy and i'v been told he likes me. theres a little bit of an age difference(3 years: hes older) and we used to like text and stuff and his family used to tell me how he thinks im so pretty and about how much he likes me and all that but its been about 9 months now and he hasnt made one move at all. and i was starting to like him and he knew that. i thought he was going to get me at least something for valentines day but he didnt call, not a text...nothing. he keeps saying hes gonna take me out to a movie or out to eat or just to hang out but he doesnt ever call me. he went out to valentines day with some other girl and he was with her all weekend. should i ignor him because this has been going on long enough ?? and get over him?

Maybe he thought you weren't that interested and he opened his options. Since you guys always treated each other like friends and none of you took the courage to say something to each other the sparks flew away. If he went out with another girl in Valentine's Day and didn't even called you, my advice to you would be to move on. He already did so. He found himself somebody else... if you have strong feelings for him why didn't you called him? After all you guys are friends right? Sometimes we don't act because we fear that the other person will see our true feelings... but friends do show each other they care. You could call him if you really want to, ask him what's new? Is he going out with someone, and in an indirect yet direct way explain what you feel towards him. Say how you missed his call in Valentine's and how you really would like to go out with him. If you feel uncomfortable by doing this then just let him go and move on.

You can't help yourself with the feelings you have for this guy. He might have led you on in the first place. However, it may not be the case. He might not have made a move probably because he thinks that you are not interested in him. If you feel comfortable, why don't you try and write him a note or call him and tell him how you feel? It might helps... If he says that he's not intersted, at least you get a clear answer from him and then, it would be the best to move on.

I think you should get over him, especially if he has another girl. He may like you as a person and think you're a cool friend but it doesn't seem like he's interested in you the same way you're interested in him.
Get over it, there's other fish in the sea.

maybe ya'll should just be friends. give him some space. ur expecting him to act like ya'll are in a relationship an ya'll arent even in one.

i think he is not interesting in you any more.So he try to find someone else to instead you.Before he said that you better ignor him and let him go.you can find someone else better than him.good luck
