You are about to get a pimple/zit. The area around the nose normally gets very sensitive/sore before you get a blemish in this area.
Have you had a cold lately, it could be sore from too much blowing/wiping.
It could be several things.

dry skin, get some saline and saline your nose, put caramex (camphor) chapstick on the sore spot.
wash face with hot and then cold water.

if you have had a runny nose lately it could be inflamation. or it could be the beginnig of a pimple...
