Every morning I have the same breakfast and have no desire to change....unless my breakfast is not a good start to the day.
I make a shake that contains:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 container tofu
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Think that's a good start to the day? It's around 350 calories. I am trying to lose 30 lbs.

Hahahaha. It does sound pretty disgusting but it tastes SOOO good. I use the banana tofu (has a bit of sugar, but not too much). Can't even taste the spinach, just adds lots of vitamins and changes the smoothie to a green color ;)

Wow, I'm proud of you!! (There's no way I could drink that, lol.) I drink a similar smoothie on a regular basis and it contains everything you mentioned minus the spinach and tofu but I add fat free yogurt and strawberries. Most days I just eat oatmeal though. I think it's a great way to go, if you get tired of it, add some different fruit to change it up. Congrats and good luck!!

Sounds very healthy, but gross. If you can stomach it, then keep drinking it. The banana gives you just the right amount of sugar, the tofu and the milk protein, and you also get fiber and vitamin A from the spinach.

yes sounds very healthy and a good way to loose 30 pounds also try morning yoga it helps build muscles, flexibility, flattens your stomach and so much more and it only takes five minutes or more if you want in the morning

Or try to just eat total and an apple and banana
exercise every other day.
try the apple cider vinegar diet, drink a teaspoon before meals.

That do not sound good to me. I do not like spinach for one thing, and cannot drink milk, otherwise it sounds healthy.
