I used to be that way until I turned 35. I used to be a couch potato and my appetite is greater than a grown man. Yet I was on the border of underweight. Not anymore, now I have to watch what I eat and do exercise. My doctor said it's the hormone change. My older brother has the same body type and is still enjoying the benefit. (man always gets it easy,)

If you are healthy, don't worry and be happy. If you are seriously underweight, you should talk to your doctor. If you'd like to gain muscle, you will need to do body-building weight training and increase your protein intake.

Don't take for granted that you are blessed with high metabolism. Try to eat healthy and do exercise if you haven't already started that life style. You might be able to enjoy this way pass 35. (I assume you are young.)
Good luck!

I'm 33 and have always been thin. Too thin... Some people grow out of it some don't. If you are a young person, give it a few more years and if your weight is still bothering you, a doctor might be able to help.

Find out what your percentage of body fat is. You might be a lot fatter than you think. Taller people tend not to look as fat. The percentage tells you a lot more about your overall health.

your metabolism is high, and you also probably work out a lot and eat healthy, but even without those a high metabolism works it off
