Do you mean mentally or physically?

If it's physical, then maybe you need to stay active. An active body ages slower than an inert body. You will feel younger.

If its a mental thing, it's just your interests.

How do you know what 40ish feels like? The 20s are young adulthood, not much different from the teens for most people, in terms of energy, endurance, strength, mental acuity. A lot of people don't start to "feel their age" until 50. At 25, you should be at about your physical and sexual peak. If you aren't, then either you burned yourself out by wild teen living, or you have developed some illness--depression, HIV, or something else.

It might also be that you need to adapt to a regular work and sleeping schedule. Or maybe your job is demanding too much of you. If you are starting a family, that will add to your worload and stress somewhat. Also, a lot of people get less physical exercise after they leave the teen years. Make time for sports or regular brisk walks.
