well u should just get one of your friends to tell her that u tryin to talk to her. then if ya do talk on the phone then u should start off by first asking do she like u and would want to go out wit a person like u. from there u should have it

well she might have.... flirting is sumthing a lot of people do just for fun. maybe smile and talk with her more, ask her out. i bet she'll understand then.
