I have known him for 30 years., and we both have children. and we have both been divorced two times so there will be no kids.

Not a problem. If there is true love why not be together? Don't worry about what other people might say, it is YOUR life. Besides, marrying a cousin is legal in many states (US), Europe, and Latin America. you can even get married with permission of the Catholic church...so, see? Not a problem and it's not wrong.
Finally, Royal families mixed, and even geniuses like Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin got married to their cousins. If they could why can't you? I wish you the best

How do you know somebody for 30 years and not KNOW if you're related?

Do whatever makes you happy I guess... 3rd cousins is legal, right?

If not, just move to Alabama, where that sort of thing is tolerated.

If you keep it to yourself, probably not. I wouldn't make it public knowledge. No attending family reunions.

I don't know of anywhere that 3rd cousins is illegal.
