changing from lowercase to ALL CAPITALS

can help stress a point, plus using exclamation marks !!!!!

or question marks ?????,
writing your email in spoken language can help, don't you think!!!!!

If the person you are writing to can't detect the sarcasm then you are wasting your time anyway..
