Heaven and the angels and us, all of us were created well before the earth. Of course, we were at that time of a spiritual nature, where we are now of a physical nature. When we die, we become spirits again until we are resurrected, at which time we will be physical forever, with no more capacity to die, or even feel illness, or sorrow in the sense that we do now.

Heaven, on the first day. The angels were always around, being bored and annoying, that's why God started the whole project.

Not a bad answer for an agnostic, huh?

well because he is a good father and provider he built it maybe the week before he created us! i often wonder what he was doing that week.Did you buy a house for your children to live in before you had them and didn't you find it in an area with lots of children for yours to play with in the nicest area?

God created Heaven because it is His kingdom and it is also for us. it's also for us because it where our spirits will live(if we are good). God created angels so he has messengers. Angels are also our guardians.

That's like asking why he made "Earth" and the "Humans".

Maybe he was bored.

OK, you got us. We really don't pay attention when we read these things. No one knows the "when" part. The Bible does not say, as far as I know.
