Hi, In Excel, while doing formatting of sheet, sometime I am getting " Too many different cell format" and excel stops me to applt any formatting. Can anyone solve this problem??

Go to custom format, remove all the unwanted ones,. the problem should go away.

Are you getting this message at your first attempt at formatting or after applying half-dozen?

It should not happen with one or two formats, e.g., if you are outlining it with a border, applying shading, what are you trying to do?
