I know you don't want to get lost but if you get on the tube at Heathrow on the Picadilly Line ( dark blue) and ride it for under an hour you can have a wander round Leicester Square/Picadilly for an hour and a half before jumping on the tube back to Heathrow. The tube is very easy to use. Just leave yourself plenty of time to catch that plane!

Either that or stay in the airport.

Golly - I work just on the outskirts of both of these places. I would recommend bringing a book. Feltham is nothing special - unless you want to buy some hoop ear-rings, and neither is Hounslow. You could go to Windsor - that's not so very very far away (if you are driving). Heathrow Terminals 3 or 4 have some shops and coffee bars.

Yeah - HUGE hoop ear-rings. Some of them look big enough to comfortably house a parrot.

heathrow has many shops, you can walk around for hours , dont forget there are four terminals, you can get to 123 on the tube and 4 also. Feltham is a bit of a hick town so dont bother leaving the airport
happy travelling

Why not tube from Heathrow to the city centre and spend two hours shopping there?

Sure, you can buy MY FACE for an hour. Your legs won't allow you to go shopping after that XD
