If she is warmhearted enough, she would understand your attitude toward your partner, it's very noble.

Well I suppose it depends on how you feel about your guy friend.
If you're good friends then:
Whatever you do, don't go behind your friend's back about it.
If it were me, I'd bring it up to my friend before talking about it with the girl again. Let the guy know what she said (tactfully). He'll probably be hurt and disappointed, but let him know that you don't want to do anything that will mess up your friendship.
He might be selfish and say to stay away from her, but more than likely he'll relent. Try not to rub it in his face by making out with her right in front of him or anything.
If you already know he's going to be selfish, but want to do something with the girl anyway, then approach like "she came on to me, and I think I'm going to give it a try. You're my friend so I wanted to tell you before we did anything so you didn't find out later from someone else". He'll be upset, I'm sure, but you have to weigh your options.
Overall, it's really up to you and how you want to treat your guy friend. Ultimately, you should probably talk to him before approaching her again, so that you can do whatever you end up doing with a clear conscience.

do not do it in the journey that your no longer waiting, in my opinion i'd not do it in any respect until eventually your in a lengthy-lasting, loving dedicated relationship on the least. it really is my own opinion. As for wide-spread suggestion in effortless words do it in case you actually pick to and are waiting and not at all only for rigidity or problem that he will depart you. If he does he's not any longer worth it and in simple terms needs sex. you don't want a scum bag like that. As for bringing it up, in simple terms pass truly warm and heavy with him and he will convey it up :-) it really is the romatinc thanks to pass about it and really turns a guy on too. do not in simple terms call and say i'm waiting like your some type of whore or prostitute.

No. If she was serious, she'll bring it up again. Plus, you don't want to get in the middle of a bad situation with your friend.
Or, tell your friend what she said (leave out your response). Then maybe he won't be so in love with her knowing that she's interested in someone else.

i thought your other friend liked her? If you do something he will be hurt. Maybe ask him, if his cool with it. On the other hand if you dont care, flirt with her, and you bring up the topic, talking about that night, if she remembers what you guys said? That you have been thinking about it and you really hope soon is really soon.....

was she drunk? i think maybe you should try to date her or something, maybe not just bring it up again.
is this friend ok with you guys being together? if he's not, youre gonna probably want to let him know first before you start anything with this chick.
