I have a dog and he is so playful and my daughter (age 5) asked me why his nose is dry all the time. Cause her uncle's dogs have wet noses. and I told her I'll get back to her on this topic about the dogs noses. Please Help me.
Thanks Ms. Jay

It's a myth that a healthy dog has a wet nose. Their noses are dry most of the time. You should only worry if the dog has a cracked or crusty nose, not whether it is wet or dry.

Well, no not every dog has a wet nose.Dogs that have wet noses are very happo\y and very healthy but even though your dog does not have a wet nose does not mean he is not healthy. Its just your Uncle's dog is a little more healthier than your dog

All dogs noses SHOULD be wet. If they arent wet that usually means the dog is sick or something.
