try a foot massage, they are probably one of the easiest to learn as you can pick up some diagrams and tips on various web sites. its good because she doesn't need to remove much clothes so if she is a bit nervous its a good way to relax. and you can also do it face to face so can still talk at the same time. also a good relaxing environment helps, low lights, candles, soft music etc.
