Go to a local pound or adoption place for animals. They care more about giving the animal to a good loving home then money. See if any of your friends who have dogs have puppies.

Seriously, you really think that you can find a Pug pup, that includes shipping, for 100 DOLLARS (notice the correct spelling of dollar). If it's shipped, how would you drive to the airport to pick it up? How is your friend going to afford the initial vet visit, required by the breeder's contract, that needs to be done within 48-72 hours after taking the pup home? Those checks run around $200.00. EDIT: THIS HAS TO BE A TROLL. 5 DAYS AGO IT WAS 15 1/2 YEARS OLD. 4 DAYS AGO IT STATED THAT IT'S TURNING 14 ON FEBRUARY 27TH.

I appreciate that pedigree dogs are expensive to buy but have you thought about how much they cost to keep.

Before you acquire a dog you should think about the cost of neutering, vaccinating, worming, insuring, micro-chipping, feeding, training and unexpected Vet bills.

You should also be very wary of people offering 'free' or 'cheap' puppies. The pups could be stolen - it happens to order! - and this is heart-breaking for genuine dog lovers. They could also have been bred in appalling conditions by people just out to make money from their breeding machines.

Please be careful - try the Pug Breed rescue societies but I would expect that they have waiting lists.

I would call all Pug Rescue groups first, you may find one fast from one of them. The local animal shelter does not have many pure breds but, it is worth a shot. I have had both purebred Pug and mixed Pug the purebred ones don't have a long lifespan because of the breathing problems. I had Schnauzer and Pug mix at one point and they were gorgeous and lived 14 years. Pugs are great dogs-your daughter has great taste.

Try petfinder.com they have all kinds of breeds and at a lower cost. Shelter pets need a home more than breeders or pet stores need your money.
Save a life and adopt a pet!
Besides they usually will already be spay/neutered which saves you from doing it.
Do you realize that for every 1 person born, there are 7 puppies and kittens
born? At best, 1 will find a forever home.
And don't forget, that every "Free-to-good-home" litter takes homes away
from animals already at the shelter.

STOP letting your pets; or your friends, relatives or co-workers pets
contribute to the problem.
If you love animals, it is NOT ENOUGH to merely say "My pets are fixed".
Vow to educate and enable others to fix their pets too.
Spaying just 1 female dog or cat, will prevent 6 others from ending up in a
shelter the following year.
Please be part of the solution, NOT the problem!
Thank you. ^..^

My brother owns 2 pugs and he bought them at £1000 each so the chances of you getting a decent one for free are REALLY slim

You'll be lucky if you find something but there's no harm in asking. Here in Ireland, pugs are making £1000 +!!

Go to the RSPCA or Dog's trust or other local rescue centre. you could also try the local council dog wardens. Please don't pay for a dog, there are so many out there needing homes. Its a shame you've got your heart set on one breed when there are so many other lovely dogs out there who will love you to bits.

I agree with everyone else about checking out a pound / rescue centre but although people disagree with puppy farms (im one of them) them pups also need saving so if anyone knows of one - report it!
