David Kirsch's Ultimate New York Body Plan. You eat great food all day, and although the excercise plan in super intense, in two weeks, you can shed tons of pounds (each person is different but I lost 10lbs the first week alone & I didn't have to eat gross food or the same food all day every day)! I got my copy of this book on amazon.com for super cheap!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

For 5 months I used ediets and now I am using myfooddiary.com and I find that I like it better. It is easy to use and I am doing well so far. Total loss between the two sites has been 22 lbs. Just remember to take it slow. Loose around 1pound a week and you will keep it off!!! Good luck. : )

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I have tried them all and the only real success I ever had was when I joined Weight Watchers. They teach you a new way to eat, very sensible and real.
