pop it in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds, this will make the honey pour easier. Then tip the jar upside down and let it run out. (mircrowaving will also de-sugar honey that has sugared).

With the lid on. run hot water over the container while holding it upside down. The hot water will warm the honey and it will slowly drop to the bottom (where the lid is) so you can get the majority of it out.

now, this might sound strange, but you can remove honey by using a vacuum cleaner.i.e. by sucking the honey close to the lid and acquiring it.
