You are presupposing that there is a Jesus to return! As there is not a shred of evidence to support that, this is a bit of a non-question!
According to Revelations, he should be pretty easy to spot - covered in blood and with a sword sticking out of his mouth!
But the thing is, as an atheist, I have a pretty good idea of what I would consider a miracle. If god (father or son) is all powerful, it would be easy peasy to establish their identity. How about stopping the Tsunami in it's tracks and saving hundreds of thousands of men women and children?

According to the Bible (not my opinion or the opinion of others), Jesus came the first time to bring peace (that is peace between mankind and God, Salvation). When Jesus comes again, He will bring JUDGMENT. There will be no doubt who He is because at that point ALL of the people will be judged either in a saved condition & ready to live with our Creator OR will be condemned & eternally separated from our Creator.
Here are some verses to contemplate ...
Luke 21:36, Romans 5:6-21, I Thes 1:10.
Hope this helps your understanding of why Jesus came in the first place and what to expect when He comes back.
Think about it -- figure it out.

when Jesus returns, you will not see him but you will know that he is here because you will feel him. you don't see the wind but you see what the wind can do. if Jesus came back in the flesh then he died for nothing. if he came back on the cloud people would have guns because they would not understand what is going on

"Every knee shall bow.."
Everyone will know him. He will come as a thief in the night, in a twinkling of an eye. He will separate us left and right, saved and not saved. ALL will know him. He won't leave some behind, that isn't biblical. It will happen all at once!
All will know him.
