There is no healthy way of getting just nicotine through tobacco. However you can use the nicorette inhaler which gives you the nicotine alone, so it is like smoking a cigarrette but without all the smoke and harmful chemicals. I gave up smoking and have found this very helpful. You can buy a starter pack for £5 from a chemist or supermarket.

Don't think any way is healthier through tobacco.
Definitely healthier if using nicotine patches.
Tobacco chewing could lead to cancer lip, tongue throat and stomach and colon.
Tobacco sniffing could lead to cancer of nose, throat and eyes.
Tobacco smoking as we know leads to many diseases as well as the obvious.
Recommend patches. Free on the NHS when you see your GP re stopping smoking.

There is no healthy way but if you use chewing tobacco they will probably only have to cut out your tongue to cure the oral cancer

well not smoking at all would be a good idea but you can always buy some plastic tips that takes a bit of the bad stuff out, hope it helped
