Are these freaks in the majority or minority? As far as I know they only make up 34% or less but they scream as if they are the majority.

I can say that because I was raised by one.

I think they're the minority. They're just a very noisy and powerful minority.

True faith is certainly in the minority. True faith, and salvation comes from Scripture. No organized religion is close. There is a heavenly father YHVH. There is a divine/human Savior YAHOSHUA. The Seventh day "Saturday" is the special day for rest and worship. How does it look so far? do I need to go on? Eternal life is only available by grace received through faith. I give Him my sins, and He gives me eternal life. If I stay attached to my sins, I will end up where they will, which is the lake of fire in which sin and sinners will be destroyed!

No...I say that because I am the norm, lololol. The fundies and evalgelicals are just the squeeky wheel. The fact that they are attempting to influence our government gets them out there on the front line. Right now they are still basking in the glory of the swing of politics to the right...their time is ending fast.

Hear, hear! I was raised by one too, and a whole church "family" who thought theres one way to view your faith-THEIR WAY. I'm still a very strong Christian, perhaps stronger than ever before, because I let go of all that foolishness and just started to trust the Lord HIMSELF, not those people with the narrow viewpoints, who are the minority.

I was raised that way too and is probably the top reason I turned away from church for the longest time.
No I don't think they are the majority at least not where Ive lived. Its just that they can be so fanatical that they get more attention.

NO! They just do a great job of making all Christians look like intolerant maniacs.

They behave as if they are the only religion that counts but they scream as if they are the most persecuted religion ever...
They are wrong in both instances but they are too blind to see that...

I love God with all that I am, and I can tell you the fudies are not the norm. They have a hate that lies behind them.

Those who scream loudest are usually not "Christians".
