While in the military, I drank very heavily. What cured my hangover was, drinking a V-8. After drinking one, I felt as if I didn't have anything to drink at all. I drank hard liquor and beer, until the sun came up. The V-8 took away the queasiness, headaches, and tiredness. Try one, it may just work for you.

Usually nothing. Sometimes I get a sicky just blah kind of feeling in my stomach if I haven't gotten enough sleep after drinking but it tends goes away with a shower and some food.

Motrin and seltzer water. Then I would suggest not getting to the point of having a hangover. The aftermath of drunkenness is just not worth it! (if that's what your hangover is from). Eat good foods and exercise regularly. Life is better that way.

Happy recovery.

if i wake up queasy after a night of drinking i usually eat a hamburger and drink a Pepsi. I think it is just getting something in my stomach that makes me feel better but if i drink water it makes the queasiness worse. Eat something, whatever sounds good to you no matter what.

Your taking the proper steps to feeling better. You might try eating some saltine crackers or toast, by putting a little something in your stomach it will help with upset stomach.

My favorite - a 50/50 mix of water and your favorite gatorade. and when your stomach settles some soup that isn't too acidic.
