Yes. I am 5'4 and weighed 125 at age 11. That was the last time I stopped growing until I started having children.
The normal weight range for 5'4 is between 118 and 135lbs. You're doing good.

Yes, it is. It's better to learn to not be so freaked out by the numbers or become so obsessed with them that it effects your self-esteem. If you feel good that's all that really matters. I was so concerned about what the scale said when I was 12 that I ended up with a full blown eating disorder and am still struggling to stay away from eating disordered behaviors today at the age of 33.
Eat right (if you're not sure, ask your school nurse), be active (do things you enjoy like running, swimming, biking whatever) and take good care of your precious heart and soul. Good luck, sweetie, you are beautiful and healthy.

It's normal for any person at that height. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is around 21. That's good, it's on the lower end of healthy, and nowhere close to 24.9 which is considered overweight. Keep it below 24, but don't obsess over it. Too many girls get too obsessed with it, and end up with an ED. Just eat healthy (you don't have to cut out sweets, just limit them) and exercise, swimming, tennis, raquet ball, anything that keeps you moving. The new food guide pyramid, has 30 minutes of moderate exercise encorprated into your portions.

Your family physical make up and your doctor should be able to answer that question for you. I, personally think that the 11 year old is about 15 to 20 lbs. over. What kind of activities does this 11 year old do during the day and evening? I would talk to your doctor first.
Best wishes

That does not seem overweight for anyone who is 5ft 4" tall. Perhaps if this person doesn't get enough exercise, it can be giving him/her the appearance of appearing a little overweight.
