The Chicken or the Egg?
A chicken and an egg are lying in bed.
The chicken is smoking a cigarette with a satisfied smile on its face.
The egg is frowning and looks a bit fed up.
The egg mutters to no one in particular, "Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question!"

it has not been proven scientifically whether the chicken or the egg came first. But since Biblical times, the church father have sided with the chicken, they pointed out that according to book of Genesis, God created the creatures, not their reproductive units. On the other side, those who accord priority to the egg believe that a chicken is just an egg's way of making another egg. This is in line with modern-day interpretation of genetics, which sees organisms as the means by which particular sets of genes are assured of their survival. Commonsense reasoning, however, will tell us that neither preceded the other, and that neither could exist without the other. Going beyond the controversy, we reiterate that eggs existed long before chickens did, there is no dispute on this point because eggs are millions of years older than birds. Gallus domesticus, the chickens as we know it more or less, is a scant 4 - 5 thousand years old, and quite a late-corner compared to other domesticated animals such as sheep and goats.

An egg can't appear and a chicken pop out of it. So I'ld say the chicken came first. You have to have the creature first to lay the egg b/f you have the egg.

The egg......2 non-chickens laid an egg that developed into a chicken;

And if you need to ask more....2 perfectly normal humans give birth to a Downs Syndrome baby...or other genetically challenged person. You can see how genes get fowled up sometimes?

when god put animals on the earth, i'm sure he didn't place eggs everywhere. i think he placed a chicken on the earth to have more babies, kinda like he put adam and eve on the earth to have more people.
well that's the way i look at it.
even though,at school, science and the bible contridict,and it's hard to not have bias decisions.
I don't exactly know what came first,though i really really think it's the chicken.

From your question: the word Chicken come first.
Don't waste your time thinking which one come first.
If you so wish the egg comes first then rephrase your question like this: "what comes first the egg or the chicken.

I reckon that is the egg. 2 birds might want to have mated to produce that egg, (or a species tailored over many generations, yet nevertheless it wouold advise the egg got here first) that could hatch right into a rooster. elementary! :) properly, it truly is my concept besides.
