All coca colas are bad for you. Coca-cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero are ALL as bad as each other. Sure there may be "no sugar", but the other ingredients completely batter the slight possibility of it being healthy.

I would say no as all fizzy drinks are bad for you especially if drunk in quantity or daily. With perhaps the exception of Tonic Water which has natural quinine in but even that in moderation (no more than small bottle 3 x a week).

Lucozade can quickly put sugars back into body when they are depleted but then so can a barley sugar or biscuit.

A health mineral drink is probable the best option regarding fizzy drinks.

Both are really bad for you. Artificial sweeteners cannot be physically broken down by the human body very well, so they build up instead and can cause toxicity in the kidneys and liver. The best option is to avoid these sugars altogether, but if you have cravings for sugar try and go for more natural sugars in fruit juices.

Coke removes the outer film from coins, the carbon dioxide in it gradually dissolves bones so I wouldn't think so.
