If you think you have enough experiences in design, build and operation of a wind tunnel, and you are interested in helping me building one for my client somewhere in south east asia. Why don't you send me your cv and your expectation?

I'm an aerospace engineering student at Politecnico di Milano and during some courses I had some experiences in using a windtunnel (actually quite small, about 30x30cm cross-section and about 5 m of overall length, "open" circuit).
I had also the opportunity to visit also the "industrial" windtunnel in my university (used by Agusta, Aermacchi, Luna Rossa America's cup team....) that has a lot of really interesting solutions.
I also visited other windtunnels in my university, also a plexiglass in-scale model of the "industrial" that is used for little experiments(about 60x40cm cross-section)..
I have no experience in building windtunnel,(except when I was 13 years old, I tried to build one as school technical project, it worked, but only 10 cm of diameter, battery powered, and nothing to contrast turbolence, really useless, but enough for my teachers)
