Very safe its the safest form of transport.

From the amount of air miles compared to driving the same distance, the odds are way in favour of flying.
If you had to follow the same rules in a car as in aircraft, I can guarantee there would be a lot less drivers and cars on the road.

Statistically it is the absolute safest way to travel, persoanlly, unless I'm flying in my own airplane, I won't get in an airplane because 911 has shown us that their are too many wackos out there.
