It has been barely two hours since we last met each other for the first time. My curiousity is driving me to the walls...do you think it appropriate to ask him or should I give him time?

It's probably a little early to be hitting the deep questions. But fear not... there are clues as to whether or not you two connected.

First of all, what does your gut tell you? Did he seem interested in you or did he seem bored and distracted? Did he make conversation? Did he ask you any questions? If he showed interest, and you felt like you connected, you're on the right track.

Give it a little time. See what your next contact is like, whether it's an instant message, text message, email, phone call, or you just see him at work or something. Does he still seem interested? If so, there's a good chance of a connection on some level.

See if he asks you out again. If he doesn't ask you out right away, don't worry... it's natural for guys to get a little paranoid about being too forward. If it goes for a couple days and you can't stand it, ask him when you can see him again and see what he says.

You'll have your answer with just a little bit of patience! Hope it works out.

Give it time. You don't want to come across as over eager. If he feels the same way you do, I'm sure you'll have a nice laugh over this sometime down the road. Good luck!

if you have not felt a connection then there is none --- its not something you need to ask about ---- let the relationship mature and see what happens dont add labels you then feel you must live up to the label --- just be yourself and have fun
