Theres the main breast bone that i know of that sits direct in the middle part of your top chest, however there are two seperate bones leading off that, that actually stick out and and interjoin with your ribs, whats that bone called?

Do you mean the sternum? Or the Breast bone as it is commonly known. Not sure what else you might be referring to re two extra bones unless you are referring to the clavicle (collar bones).

You can always get a book out from the library on anatomy and physiology or there may even be a diagram posted on the net somewhere if you were to make a search.

I think you mean the clavicles or collar bones. They form a joint with the sternum (Manubrium part) and your shoulder (the Acromium).
